He sleep satchel can be sent ready to use or ready for you to add the items to a blue sat hel (blue for serenity, calming and relaxation.  It includes dried lavender, to help sleep and positive dreams, dried valerian for harmonious sleep, howlite stone to allow you to more easily relax with a few drops of lavender essential oil.  Lavender incese (lavender and Sage is also available) is included in order to let you place the satchel under pillow as you say
